When Microsoft moved to acquire Activision Blizzard, Call of Duty fans were understandably worried that the franchise might become an Xbox exclusive. Even Sony raised that possibility in opposition to the merger before Microsoft sent a signed agreement to Sony in early 2022 that promised to keep COD on PlayStation for years to come. And while there have previously been games that were PlayStation exclusives for a year before coming to Xbox, Microsoft Gaming CEO Phil Spencer recently assured COD fans that the company won’t pull anything like that with this franchise.
“We didn’t say to anybody you have to subscribe to play if you want to buy Black Ops,” Spencer told IGN Come from online casino bangladesh . “It’s great for the developer. If you want to subscribe, it’s also great. I want to give you the choice on how you play your games and who you play with and not try to do slimy platform things to force you to do…
Next year’s Superman reboot is the first film to share that title since the 1978 movie starring Christopher Reeve. Although Reeve passed away in 2004, director James Gann is including a nod to the late star in his Superman movie by featuring Reeve’s son, Will Reeve, in a cameo role.
Via Cleveland.com, Will Reeve, who is a real-life reporter for ABC, will portray a TV reporter in Superman. In the outlet’s footage from the shoot, Reeve’s character is seen making a report on the streets of Metropolis. According to the outlet, Reeve’s character and the other extras in his scene were seen reacting to another superhero who arrives during this sequence. However, the report doesn’t mention which hero it was. After filming his scene, Reeve was spotted hugging Gunn, and he was also given a round of applause from the cast and crew.

We’re only one day away from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3’s full release, and the November 9 patch notes confirm all the changes players can expect. The update includes improvements to spawns, movement changes, and major weapon balancing. Here’s everything you need to know before launch.
The spawns were pretty chaotic in Modern Warfare 3’s beta, and the developer includes several changes for the game’s launch. For Team Deathmatch, team-owned areas are now more favored by spawn selection and resistant to enemy pressure. In Domination, spawn selection is now more resistant to enemy pressure on flags, improving consistency by favoring owned flags. Additionally, the developer says spawn anchors were added to many maps “in order to influence the flow of combat in the direction of each map’s intended design.”

GTA 3 cheats–the main reason many of us were on the internet as children. With the release of the new version of Grand Theft Auto III, which comes as part of Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition, you might now be on the internet for that very same reason: You want infinite ammo, or to reduce your wanted level, or quick access to a tank, or you want pedestrians to start beating each other up. Understandable.
With all of that in mind, we’ve culled through our many-years-old list of GTA 3 cheats here on GameSpot and verified that they still work in The Definitive Edition. While these new releases may have improved the visuals and controls and made some other tweaks (like cutting some music, unfortunately), the original cheat codes are still intact. That means if you still have those seared into your memory, you can equip yourself with all of the game’s guns by inputting R2, R2, L1, R2, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, Up on PS4/PS5.…
Google has lifted some of the redactions in the antitrust lawsuit Epic Games filed in July, and it seems the tech company considered scooping up the Fortnite maker as Google saw Epic Games as a threat to its business model.
In newly unsealed court documents reported by The Verge, Epic Games alleges Google sought to use its power to buy “some or all” of the Fortnite and Unreal Engine developer. The reason is stated in such obvious terms: according to Epic Games, Google maintains monopolies and engages in “unlawful restraints” hindering competitors, innovators, customers, and users of the Android ecosystem.
In short, Epic Games wants to break up Google’s stranglehold on the Android market, saying the company limits third-party app stores while discouraging competition and innovation. According to the lawsuit, the tech giant called Epic Games a “contagion” and even considering buying it.
“Not content with the contractual and technical barriers it has carefully constru…
Electronic Arts CEO Andrew Wilson in a recent earnings call said he “would love to see” another entry in developer Respawn’s Star Wars Jedi series, although he didn’t have any official announcements to make at this time.
When asked during the Q&A portion of EA’s first quarter earnings call how the publisher would approach the Star Wars franchise in the future in regards to live services and “ongoing engagement,” Wilson said EA didn’t have anything to announce at this time. However, Wilson said EA has a great partnership with Disney and Lucasfilm and has found incredible success with games like Star Wars Battlefront, the popular Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes mobile game, and the Star Wars Jedi series.

Jared Leto likes to get into character and stay there for as long as he can. For his new film, Morbius, that meant intentionally struggling to get around, just like the film’s titular character did before his transformation, said director Daniel Espinosa in an interview with Uproxx.
“Yeah,” Espinosa said, confirming that Leto did indeed use a wheelchair on the set of Morbius. “I think that what Jared thinks, what Jared believes, is that somehow the pain of those movements, even when he was playing normal Michael Morbius, he needed, because he’s having this pain his whole life. Even though, as he’s alive and strong, it has to be a difference. Hey, man, it’s people’s processes.”
Leto plays the eponymous protagonist of Spider-Man spin-off Morbius, Michael Morbius. The character has a blood disease that makes him weak, forcing him to use crutches to get around before a transfusion of vampire bat blood causes him to develop superpowers. Leto initially used crutches to get aro…
If there’s one thing Kirby is known for–apart from being “friend-shaped” and adorable–it’s the little guy’s insatiable appetite. Kirby’s Dream Buffet hones in on this aspect, creating a game all about chowing down on tasty treats as fast as you can. While the title seemingly draws inspiration from a variety of games, most notably Fall Guys, Beautiful Katamari, and Mario Party, it succeeds in differentiating itself from the rest and feeling quintessentially Kirby with its lighthearted, food-centric, and fun tone. However, for all of its charms, Kirby’s Dream Buffet suffers from quite a few issues–most notably, a serious lack of content and incentives to keep playing. While rolling around as Kirby is enjoyable, the experience feels more like a light snack than a well-balanced meal.
Kirby’s Dream Buffet begins atop a table adorned by pastel-colored pastries and sweet treats. After rolling off your plate and onto the gingham-patterned tablecloth, you can bro…
Early in The Dark Knight, Harvey Dent tells Bruce Wayne the line that’s become synonymous with the film: “You either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become the villain.” Director Christopher Nolan recently admitted that he didn’t initially understand what the line was meant to convey. The line itself was conceived by Nolan’s brother, Jonathan Nolan, who co-wrote the script. During a new interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Nolan shed some light on the origin of that line.
“It came later in the script,” said Nolan. “We’ve done a version or two of the script where we were looking for something that would distill the tragedy of Harvey Dent but that would also apply to Batman. The richness of Batman is in the way this principled, almost Boy Scout-like figure is wrapped up in this kind of ghoulish appearance and his willingness to embrace the darkness. So I was looking at Greek tragic figures. The first part of that line is ‘you either die a hero’ — and that par…
Lena Headey made a name for herself back in 2006 with Zack Snyder’s 300, but found superstardom among the Game of Thrones cast, where she was Cersei Lannister for eight seasons. Fans were enthralled with the villainess as she also earned acclaim with five Emmy Award nominations for the role.
Now, Headey is behind the camera for her upcoming film, The Trap, in which she’ll make her directorial debut. While she can’t promote the projects she has on the horizon because of the ongoing SAG-AFTRA strike, Headey did get into the ideas she had for Cersei in that final season of Game of Thrones with The Hollywood Reporter.
When asked if she thought Cersei’s end could have been better or if she had anything specific in mind for the character, Headey said she definitely had a plan. Spoiler warning for Game of Thrones Season 8.
“I think all of us did, to be honest, because you start trying to write the story yourself. And [Arya Stark actress Maisie W…
